How do you sell trophies so cheap, are you really Crazy?

We ship products directly to you from our supplier partners, with many having warehouses located around the country. This allows us to get products to you within 1-3 days in most cases. If you need personalized plates for your products, we offer them as low as $1.00 each and ship them separately from our CA or CO production facility by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail. They come supplied with double back tape on the back of each plate which you peel off and stick on your trophy base or medal back, that simple. We are able to pass our savings on to you, our Crazy customers!!

How long will it take to get my order?

Most products ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday after Noon (PST) or weekends and holidays will ship on the following weekday. We have strategically set up partnerships with our supplier warehouses to ship our products from the warehouse that is closest to your location. What does this mean for you? It means that you will most likely get your trophies delivered within 1-3 days after placing your order. Some orders could have split shipments, coming from more than one warehouse, and we let you know if that is the case. It is possible for you to receive your products the day after you order them, just be aware that plates ship separately and may take longer to arrive.

Our warehouses ship products UPS or Fedex Ground, if you need another form of shipping, please contact us and we will let you know if there is another option.

Personalized plates usually ship within 24 hours and are shipped from our CA or CO facilities by USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. It can take anywhere from 1-3 days for you to receive your plates depending on your location. Note that we make every effort to ship your products and plates in a time frame to meet your deadline but we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipper for any reason. (UPS, Fedex, USPS, Etc.) We cannot refund the cost of products or shipping for shipper caused delays.

What if I need it now, how fast can you get it to me?

In some cases we can ship products and plates the same day you order for next day delivery, please Contact Us for rush service availability and pricing before you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat $19.00 shipping cost within the Continental U.S. whether you order 1 or 1000 pieces. All orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. will be quoted upon request. Please Contact Us for a shipping quote.

How are my products shipped?

Most products are shipped UPS or FedEx ground service from our supplier warehouses. Personalized plates are shipped USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail but can be upgraded to faster service if needed. If you need UPS or FedEx rush delivery, please Contact Us to check for availability and pricing.

Does a personalized plate come with my products?

Personalized plates are offered separately for each product with costs starting at $1.00 each. Personalized plates come in a Gold or Silver Satin finish metal with solid black or full color sublimated imprint, other plate colors are available upon request. We also can supply you with a variety of engraved or printed plates, please Contact Us for optional plate needs. You are only limited in the amount of wording or letters on each plate that will fit and still be readable but most plates will accommodate 3-4 lines of text. The more letters on a plate, the smaller the text gets, so keep that in mind when sending us personalized plate information.

Personalized plates are shipped separately out of our CA or CO facilities. You will have to place the plate on the product that you order yourself. This is very easy to do as each plate comes with double back tape to peel and stick.

How do I attach a personalized plate to my trophy?

Each personalized plate comes with double back tape attached to the back of it. All you have to do is peel off the tape backing and stick the plate on the specified location on your product. All plates are cut to size to fit your product plate location. It's as easy as that!

How do I submit Personalized Plate information to you?

You will be directed to an email link after you place your order where you can submit your personalized plate information for your products. There will also be an email confirmation after your order that you can reply to instead. You can send the information in the email body or attach a document in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop or PDF formats.

Can I add artwork, a logo or color to my personalized plate?

Yes, you can add artwork, logo or even colored artwork/logo to a personalized plate, be aware that adding extra graphics or color may be extra and is quoted upon request. Please keep in mind that adding artwork or logo will reduce the size of the text area. If you would like to design your own plate layout, we can send you a plate template to design your artwork in. Please email all artwork, logos, or plate designs to us at sales@crazytrophy.com.

What if there is a mistake or miss-spelling on any of my plates?

If the mistake is our fault, we send a new plate out right away. If the mistake is your fault, we charge you the actual plate cost and shipping fees and send it out right away.

Can I order Personalized Plates at a later date?

Yes, you can order your Personalized Plates at any time, just reference your order number and date of order and email the information to us.

Can I buy with a Purchase Order or set up an Account?

We do accept PO’s from schools and other qualified organizations. If you are a company and want to set up an account, please Contact Us for account application.

What if after I get my product, it is not what I expected?

Although we make every effort to picture our products and describe their look, size, color, etc. on our website, nothing can replace the look and feel of the real thing. If we have overlooked something in our description or mis-represented an item, we will be happy to replace the product. If you are not happy with the product and it is no fault of our own, we will still replace the product, although all products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized plates and shipping fees can not be refunded. We will make every effort to make you happy with our products and we will jump through hoops to make it right.

I already have some trophies, can I order personalized plates for them?

Yes, please see our Personalized Trophy Plates product page for plates 5 sq in or smaller. Please Contact Us for a quote on larger size plates.

What if any of my products come broken, defective or I just don't like them?

If any of the products you receive are broken or defective, please Contact Us ASAP (within 5 days) so we can send you replacements. Be aware that damaged trophies reported 5 days after receipt may not be subject to replacement so check your trophies when they arrive for damage. If the trophies are not what you expected or you just don't like them, please Contact Us so we can arrange replacements or return. Please be aware there is up to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items and no shipping or return shipping charges are credited.

On products that require me to order a minimum quantity, can I order less than minimum quantities shown?

Some products may require a minimum quantity to order, if you need less than minimum quantity, please Contact Us and we will let you know if less than minimum is available.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Since your order is usually processed within a short time after you place it, you will need to Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel any part of your order. If your products have already shipped or you have already received them returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and plate charges are non-refundable.

What kind of payments to you accept?

We accept online payments by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We can also take credit card payments over the phone, fax or email. Checks and money orders can be mailed to us, but we do not ship products until we receive the payment with checks subject to clearing the bank at our discretion.

Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?

We sell to retail customers only and offer the best price we so there are no additional discounts or wholesale pricing other than quantity sales.

How secure is my online transaction?

We process all of our transactions through Authorize.net, one of the leading E-Commerce providers in the world. Your transaction and privacy are completely safe.
